These terms apply to work sold by Marlino. Each project is also confirmed in writing before it starts; where that confirmation differs from this page, the confirmation wins.

We sell to businesses and to people acting in a professional capacity. If you are buying as a private consumer, tell us before you pay — consumer law may give you rights these terms do not describe.

Prices are in euros and exclude any tax that may apply to you. The scope of each offer is what is written on this website and in your written confirmation — nothing beyond that is implied.
For website builds and the Speed Sprint we commit to Google Lighthouse 90 or above on mobile for the pages we deliver, measured with PageSpeed Insights at handover. Every handover includes the screenshot.
If we miss it, we fix it at our cost until it is met. If we still cannot, you pay nothing for that part of the work.
This covers the site as we delivered it. It stops covering anything added afterwards that we did not build — third-party widgets, chat boxes, tracking tags, plugins, or heavy media uploaded later. Speed is not a one-time setting; that is what a care plan is for.
50% to start, 50% on delivery, unless your written confirmation says otherwise. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or a payment link where we offer one. We do not take card details and never see them.
Work starts when the first payment lands. The site, the admin panel and every key and access are handed over on the final payment.
Indicative delivery once we have your brief, your content and your approvals: Start 2–3 days, Standard about a week, Full about two weeks. Those are our working days, and they assume you come back to us — the clock stops while we wait for content or a decision.
On final payment, the delivered site and its content are yours, along with the domain, hosting access and every key. Host it wherever you like.
The underlying engine — our own reusable code — stays ours, and you get an unlimited, perpetual right to use it as part of your site. That is what makes the price possible. It does not stop you moving, modifying, or hiring someone else.
We may name you as a client and show the work in a portfolio. Say no and we will not.
Monthly, rolling. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; the final month is served in full. Cancelling does not take your site away — it stops the hosting, backups, monitoring and the monthly block of edits we provide.
Every offer includes revision rounds within the agreed scope, named in your written confirmation. Work outside that scope is quoted before it starts, never after.
If you stop a project once it has begun, the first payment covers the work already done and is not refunded. If we stop, we return the difference between what you paid and what was delivered.
We commit to the score, the delivery and the tracking. We do not promise a number of leads, a search ranking, or revenue. Anyone who does is guessing.
Estimates of money lost to a slow site — in our audits or on this site — are directional models built on public research and labelled as such. They are an argument, not a forecast.
Our liability for a project is limited to what you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your own country that apply regardless.
